Cookie Policy
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files stored on the user’s device when they visit certain websites. They may be used, among other purposes, to enable the technical operation of the page, remember certain preferences or analyse use of the website.

3. Types of cookies
Technical or necessary cookies
These enable functions essential to the operation and security of the website and to provide services expressly requested by the user. They do not require consent where the legally established requirements are met.
Preference cookies
These allow certain user choices to be remembered, such as language or other settings.
Analytics cookies
These provide aggregated information about how users use the website and help improve its operation. Where they are subject to consent, they will not be installed until the user has accepted them.
Third-party cookies
Certain integrated services, such as maps, anti-spam tools, external content or services linked to the booking engine, may use cookies managed by third parties. They will be identified in the corresponding table.
4. Cookies used
The self-hosted manager stores your choice for 180 days (up to six months) in localStorage: hh_cookie_preferences_v1. A session safety marker (hh_cookie_storage_failed_v1) prevents reusing old grants when storage fails. Forms may use the PHPSESSID security cookie and sessionStorage: hh-ga4-done:* to avoid duplicate events, without storing enquiry contents.
Only analytics consent loads Google Analytics 4 (G-CF59BN9YN2) and its cookies _ga and _ga_CF59BN9YN2, configured for 180 days. No Google measurement library or measurement requests are sent without permission. The /home2 demo does not send analytics.
Google Maps is blocked until External content — maps is accepted. Loading it contacts Google, which may use third-party storage according to its service and browser settings. This website cannot delete cookies belonging to Google; these can be removed in your browser. External booking and WhatsApp sites have independent policies. No advertising services are installed.
Browsing does not extend your consent. Change or withdraw it through Cookie settings. Withdrawing analytics disables measurement, removes accessible first-party Google cookies and reloads the page to remove the loaded library. Category and storage details are available in the settings panel.
5. Consent management
When users first access the website, they may ACCEPT, REJECT or CONFIGURE non-essential cookies. The accept and reject options must be presented equivalently, and a lack of action by the user will not be interpreted as consent. Cookies subject to consent may not be installed before consent has been obtained.
Users may subsequently change or withdraw their preferences through a permanent “Cookie settings” link available in the website footer.
6. How to delete cookies
Users may also delete or block cookies through their browser settings. Disabling certain technical cookies may affect the operation of some services.
7. Updates
This Cookie Policy may be amended when the cookies used, providers or applicable regulations change.
